  I called and asked if they would buy my laptop. They asked what kind it was, if it had Windows 8 in it and all, they said yes they would buy, I took and reset it back to factory reset and took the lap top in. I get there and the guy at the counter was a real as whole prix. Tells me oh we ain't buying anything today, I was like really. That kissed me off, if they wasn't gonna buy something then they shouldn't have said they would. That is what is called POOR SALESMEN SHIP. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND SUGGEST NO O,E BY ANYTHING FROM THESE ASSHOLES. IF YOU SAY YOUR GONNA DO SOMETHING THEN DO IT.

  Not impressed right now. Always had great experiences with them. However, today I called to see if they were taking jewlery on pawn. The woman says and I quote "We can look at what you have , but we really don't have money to loan out." What kind of PAWN shop doesn't have money to pay out on pawns??? No happy at all.
